quote

Tip: Photography and Video are a very important part of your wedding. The day will come and go and all that will be left are your memories captured in photos and on video. Do not eliminate this from your budget. You can find a photographer and videographer in almost any budget. Be careful as you can get what you pay for.

Use a professional in this area. They won't miss anything. Your relatives and friends mean well, but they will be there to socialize. Set up an appointment to interview and see the style of the photographer and videographer. Each vendor will have their own personality. Try to find the one that best suits you.

video cameraYou must check out and see the type of equipment they are using. For example, a photographer may use a 35mm, mid-format (see picture) or digital camera. For a videographer, you want a digital or 3-chip camera. Ask for cordless microphones and where they can stand at the wedding by the regulations of the sanctuary.

Each may have an assistant to help them.

Don't forget to feed them--you will not want them to leave to eat--they may miss something.

Interview three of each vendor to gather more information to better make your selection.

Fondly,
Marlene
