Tip: The Ceremony site and time are very important in booking your reception.

If possible, you want to be considerate to your guests and not have a large time lapse between ceremony and reception. It is like being all dressed up with no where to go when there is a large gap.

Since you cannot book other vendors until you are confirmed on location and times, it is important that you take care of this first. Make sure to get everything in writing. You never know if the person you are booking with will still be there when your wedding date rolls around. You don't want any promises overlooked. Or negative surprises.

Think things through and be wise in your decisions.
