Tip: There are so many things to remember, that do you think you will leave something at home you were supposed to bring? Well, The Wedding Workbook really helps you with this when it comes to not forgetting to purchase anything, but now we have to remember to bring them when needed. We will start with a traditional list of things for the Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner for both the Bride and Groom to bring.

  • Wedding Announcements (for the Maid of Honor to mail after the wedding)
  • Bridesmaid's Gifts
  • Groomsmen/Ushers Gift
  • Flower Girl Gift
  • Ring Bearer Gift
  • Parent's Gift
  • Camera and Film
  • Fake Bridal Bouquet (made with ribbons from the shower)
  • Groom's Gift
  • Bride's Gift
  • Marriage License
  • Maps/Directions for Wedding
  • Seating diagrams and Place Cards for seating guests (if there is no Wedding Consultant)
  • Wedding schedule of events and timeline (if there is no Wedding Consultant)
  • Guest Book and Pen
  • Cake Napkins
  • Wedding Favors
  • Toasting Glasses
  • Cake Knife & Server
  • Service Providers fees to give to Best Man to pay at the Wedding
  • Wedding Programs
  • Rehearsal Information and Line-up chart
  • Tape Player with wedding music to rehearse to

A number of these items can go with you to the Wedding, but if you need the help to get it there and set up, you must get it to the family/bridal party helpers that are going to assist you.

A helpful hand at the wedding cannot be beat when you are doing it yourself. It is wonderful to enlist the help of family and friends to assist you.

Until next time, Have Fun and Stay Organized!

Fondly,
Marlene
