It is a nice gesture to arrange transportation from the hotel to the wedding. This will help your guests who don't know their way around your town and it also helpful for any elderly guests. A minibus or van can be rented for the day, and a friend can be the chauffeur.

You can also hire a bus or minibus to transport out-of-town guests from one centralized point to the wedding site. They may also need to be transported from the ceremony site to the reception site. Then back again to their hotel. See how you can make this easier for your guests by having these lined up if needed.

If you are having a Rehearsal Dinner an hour away or even maybe going to Disneyland the day after a minibus or bus rental may fit well with your plan.
